What is the ESOS act?

The Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000, or ESOS Act, establishes legislative requirements and standards for the quality assurance of education and training institutions offering courses to international students who are in Australia on a
student visa.

What is the National Code 2018

The National Code is a set of nationally consistent standards that governs the protection of international students and delivery of courses to those students by providers registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas
Students (CRICOS).

What are the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015?

Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015. ASQA uses the Standards to ensure nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment across Australia's vocational education and training (VET) system. Compliance with the Standards is a requirement for: all ASQA registered training organizations.

What is a U.S.I. Number?

The USI is a reference number made up of ten numbers and letters that create a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, from all training providers you undertake recognised training with. It will give you
access to your training records and transcripts.
